I’m thrilled to share a new chapter in my journey: starting in January, I’ll be offering Family Breath Practice Sessions in collaboration with the inspiring mission of Wild Minnow. Tonia and Jessica have created a beautiful vision, supporting individuals and organizations in fostering peaceful, loving connections with ourselves and others. It’s an honor to join them in this meaningful work. 

 

🌟 What to Expect 🌟 

 

Every Wednesday, I’ll be hosting these sessions online to help you and your children begin the day feeling relaxed and grounded (or take a gentle break within the day, if you are in another time zone).

These 15-minute sessions will focus on playfully building a breathing practice. Through engaging and fun activities, we’ll connect with our breath in a way that feels natural and joyful.

📄 Plus, you’ll receive a downloadable crafting or coloring template to deepen your child’s connection to the practice. This is a wonderful opportunity to bond and grow together!

To ensure a tailored experience, I’ll offer three different age-specific sessions. I can’t wait to share this journey with you and your family! Together, let’s breathe, connect, and cultivate more peace in our lives. 💕
